Reservations

At Catalina Passenger Service we have two convent ways to book your reservation. On-line or a phone reservation

On-Line:
You can purchase and print your Catalina Reservations on-line . When were busy, this saves you the hassle of waiting in line at our Catalina ticket window. You will be waiting in our boarding line if you want and we do ask that you are here by 8 or 8:15 am.

Phone:
Your other option is a phone reservation. Give us a call at (800) 830-7744 and we will make the Catalina reservation for you. Our office hours are from 7 am till 6:30 pm “Sunny Southern California Time”

We might divide your reservation into different parties. We define a party as all the people that are going to be paid by one credit card or cash transaction and are going over and back on the same days. So if there are 6 people you want to make a Catalina reservation for and one person is paying for all 6, that is one party. If this party is made up of three couples, each paying for there own tickets, then this is three parties and each will need there own Catalina reservation.

We'll need to know the number of adults, seniors, kids and infants. We will need one last name for each party and a phone number.

No credit card information will be asked for. You will pay for and pick up tickets on the morning you go to Catalina Island.

Once your Catalina reservation is completed we will give you a reservation number. We ask that you use this number when you come up to our ticket window. If not, we can use the last name you gave us for the reservation.

It is very important you arrive at our terminal by 8 am. If we're busy, we will start selling stand-bys at 8:40 and your phone reservation is no longer guaranteed.

You can get on our stand-by list if our reservations are full. You do that on the morning of your trip. Come to our ticket window and ask to be put open the list. You have to be here to be put on the list (no phone calls to be put on the list). The stand-by list is a “first come - first serve” list. Our Newport Beach office opens at 7 am.
