Policy

If you purchased your Catalina Island ferry tickets from us (Catalina Passenger Service) as a regular priced passenger, you may cancel or change you trip any time up to 24 hours before the start of your trip. You will receive a 100% refund.
After that time, within the last 24 hours of your trip, there are no refunds or changes.
This refund policy only is valid for regular tickets purchased from Catalina Passenger Service. All group, consignment, package or broker tickets are not covered by this policy. Each type of these tickets are covered individually.
